1. Do you offer customized orders? 

Yes. Customization is available on selected designs. Customized orders are discussed and confirmed through WhatsApp.

2. How is a customized order confirmed?

Our team discusses the required specifications with you through WhatsApp and confirms the design, measurements, customization, pricing, and estimated processing time before production.

3. What payment is required to confirm an order?

A 40% advance payment is required to confirm the order. The remaining 60% is payable before dispatch.

4. How long does an order take?

Ready-to-wear orders are generally dispatched within 3–5 working days. Made-to-order and customized pieces generally require 10–15 working days before dispatch.

5.Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. International shipping is available to selected destinations.

6. Can I order according to my measurements?

Custom sizing is available for selected designs. Please contact us through WhatsApp before confirming your order.

7. Can I modify an order after confirmation?

Any requested modification must be communicated before production begins and remains subject to feasibility.

8. Are customized items eligible for return or exchange?

No. Customized, altered, and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
