Order & Payment Policy

A 40% advance payment is required to confirm an order.

The remaining 60% balance is payable before dispatch**.

For made-to-order and customized pieces, production will commence only after the advance payment has been received and all order details have been confirmed.

Once an order has entered production, the advance payment is non-refundable, as the piece is prepared specifically according to the confirmed requirements.
